At this time “The AFK Podcast” in it’s current iteration has ended.
We don’t have any plans for a farewell episode because, as in years past, there is always the possibility of a return. This break however may be our longest yet.
The reason behind this has noting to do with our relationships as hosts, our friendships are stronger than ever. We are simply getting older, and our responsibilities are pulling us in different directions.
As for me personally (Flynn), gaming has not been the center of my free time for a long time now. I’ve been spending more time away from the keyboard, actually AFK. I’ve found other hobbies and interests that I would rather devote more of my time doing. I just no longer have the passion, or desire, to keep up with gaming, and the industry. The AFK Podcast has always been a passion based project for me. Without the passion, it’s just not enjoyable.
The community will remain as long as you do and, unlike in years past, this website will remain. Please join our Discord and keep in touch.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for listening, and hanging out with us over the years. We’ve had allot of fun and made allot of good friends, and memories.
